Candle Care Tips for Homemade Candles

1. Trim Your Wick
Before lighting your candle, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch to ensure a clean burn and prevent excessive smoke.

2. Burn for Longer Sessions
Allow your candle to burn for 2-4 hours at a time, so the wax melts evenly and you get the most fragrance from your candle.

3. Keep Candles Away from Drafts
For the best burn, avoid placing candles near open windows, vents, or fans, as drafts can cause uneven burning.

4. Store Your Candles Properly
Store your homemade candles in a cool, dry place to maintain their scent and appearance. Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause colors to fade over time.
